Overview

Attachments can be removed for cleaning work to guard against foreign substance build-up inside or around the heat transfer plate’s entrance.
The attachments can be removed manually, or through a CIP system.

Characteristics
  1. Easy to disassemble and clean thanks to the bolted plate pack and frame structure
  2. Easy capacity change even within the fixed-size device 
  3. Heat exchange is possible even with very low logarithmic temperature differences.
  4. The required space is very small compared with other plate type heat exchangers.
  5. The high turbulence created by the herringbone shape minimizes contamination of oil path.
