Plate Heat Exchanger


Overview
  • An airtight heat exchanger using a multi-plate structure and gasket that allows two or more fluid types to exchange heat without mixing
Characteristics
  1. Easy to disassemble and clean due to the bolted plate pack and frame structure
  2. Easy capacity change even within the fixed-size device
  3. Heat exchange is possible even with very low logarithmic temperature differences.
  4. The required space is very small compared with other plate type heat exchangers.
  5. The high turbulence created by the herringbone shape minimizes contamination of oil path.
