Heat Transfer Plate & Gasket


The heat transfer plate can be manufactured in diverse patterns, including herringbone for a high strength and heat transfer effect, using an ultra-high-pressure press that generates precise molds and a high-stress capacity. Patterns can be exclusively designed to generate high turbulence that maximizes the flow of fluid and a heat transfer effect, resulting in a low contamination coefficient and a high heat transfer efficiency.

The exclusively-designed gasket for the heat transfer plate has a high pressure-resistance reliability and can be produced with diverse materials, which ensures the plate heat exchanger’s high operation reliability and applicability to various fluids.

We supply plates with high-reliability gaskets based on molds and presses made with our own technology.
